The Healing Wonders of Herbs Bi-County Workshop

This is a 3 hour Bi-county workshop discussing many aspects of herbs. Within this introductory workshop we will discuss the topics of understanding tea, when, where and what to plant and the value of growing herbs. We will also be discussing popular herbs, the health benefits of herbs as well as the many creative uses for herb. There will be an herbal tea sampling. The majority of this presentation will be taught via Power Point, and there will be one hands on activity teaching participants how to plant herbs. Multi-County Spring Pasture Forage Management Seminar

Front Side of the Liberty County AgriLife Extension Service is hosting a multi county Spring pasture forage management seminar on Tuesday, February 5th. The event will take place at the Trinity Valley Exposition Fairgrounds located at 321 Wallisville Road in Liberty, Texas. If you register by February 4, the fee is $40, after the 5th, the fee increases to $50. To pre-register, contact Alicia Mayon at 936-334-3230. The program starts at 8:45 and will be complete by 3 pm. 4 general and 1 Laws and Regs CEU’s will be offered.
