Urban Gardening Certificate Program

An event every week that begins at 1:00pm on Friday, repeating until November 2, 2018

A 6-part educational series which include the following topics: Vegetable Gardening 101 (9/28/18), Economic Benefits of Gardening (10/5/18), Importance of Composting (10/12/18, Good Bugs vs. Bad Bugs (10/19/18), Vegetable Gardening in the Fall (10/26/18), Creating Healthy Soil (11/2/18) with each class beginning at 1:00pm until 3:00pm. They will be held at the Alice Young Library, 5107 Griggs Rd, Houston 77021. ALL 6 classes must be attended to receive certificate.
