Hey Harris County 4-H! We are starting a Youth Program Committee (YPC). The purpose of starting a YPC is to receive youth input on program implementation. To increase participation in the county, we think it will be a good idea for youth to voice what they are interested in and if some of the programs we already have needs a “refresher”.
